The event had provide glimpses of Bengal’s rich and thriving cultural traditions, art and sculptures. Baghbazar Sarbojonin Durga Puja Around 75 puja committee had participants and parading down Red Road, showcasing their idols during a colourful show of gaiety and grandeur. In the carnival, organised by the West Bengal government, each puja committee will have a tableau and every one of them will avalanche the Red Road one after another. Next to all the committee Durga Idols they do a lively installation of the theme and they do dance and sing.
The guests from various countries are put up in different hotels in order that they might attend the fourth edition of the event, which is aimed toward showcasing the amazing creativity and public participation to the planet . FESTIVALS
But the Durga Puja Carnival won't be organised this year in sight of the novel coronavirus, or COVID-19, pandemic.
The Bengal CM said all pandals put up during Durga Puja 2020 celebrations, which start from October 22, will need to be open from all four sides and hand sanitisers will need to be stationed in the least entry points of the pandals. Wearing face masks inside pandals are going to be mandatory and other people also will need to maintain strict physical distancing to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
No club or locality are going to be allowed to organise cultural programmes at the pandals during Durga Puja this year.
